I thought Friday would never get here, but arrived it did! Time to break out the super quick Salmon Teriyaki and a little sauteed spinach in the Book Bento.

Thursdays are hard, but at least there’s a bento to craft. Ground Chicken, panko crumbs, and a little chili powder are all that’s needed for a tasty lunch.
It’s time for the annnual 40 Days of Bento, where I make a cute little bento lunch for work, complete with Plastic Baby Jesii.
