She was a sweet old lady and Kindertrauma is a wickedly funny site. You’ll recognize the movie-poster set up (if you’re a horror fan) and the header one-liner (if you’re a Golden Girls fan – admit it, it’s okay, we’re all friends here). RIP Estelle.

    Despite my interactions with the geriatric population making me grind my teeth to dust — you can blame work for that — I found ‘Golden Girls’ to be a strangely funny show. And this was long before I learned that it was apparently Edward Gorey’s favourite sitcom.
