Monday brings a new week of lunches, with Chicken and Mushrooms, Polenta in the shape of bunnies, and Egg Fritattas perfect enough for a family brunch.

I thought Friday would never get here, but arrived it did! Time to break out the super quick Salmon Teriyaki and a little sauteed spinach in the Book Bento.
Thursdays are hard, but at least there’s a bento to craft. Ground Chicken, panko crumbs, and a little chili powder are all that’s needed for a tasty lunch.
